1. Who We Are

TT CORE FZE LLC (“TT CORE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is registered in Ajman Nuventures Center Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

This policy explains how we handle personal information through ttcore.ae, the TT LAB page, and their enquiry forms. TT LAB is a brand of TT CORE.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry or correspond with us, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

Your name and email address.

Your company or organisation.

Your phone number.

Your enquiry topic and message.

Subsequent correspondence relating to your enquiry.

Required fields are marked on the forms. Company and phone details are optional.

The website also uses technologies that store visitor and session identifiers, referral information, page-visit history, and a country code. Platform and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs when delivering and securing the website.

Please do not submit medical records, diagnostic photographs, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information unnecessary for your enquiry.

3. How We Use Information

We use information submitted through our forms to review, respond to, and follow up on enquiries and to maintain related correspondence.

Technical information supports website delivery, security, platform functionality, and measurement of visits and performance.

We do not use enquiry submissions to automatically enrol you in marketing campaigns, and we do not sell your personal information.

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing.

4. Who Can Access Information

Enquiries are stored in GoHighLevel platform, and a copy is sent to TT CORE’s company email account through AEserver.

TT CORE’s company owner has access to enquiries. BSM Innovations provides website and form-system administration on our behalf. Its access is limited to technical maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting. TT CORE handles responses to enquiries.

HighLevel/LeadConnector, AEserver, and their supporting service providers may process information as necessary to deliver, maintain, and secure these services. Cloudflare services are also provided through the website platform.

We may disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

5. International Storage and Processing

Information may be stored or processed outside the United Arab Emirates.

GoHighLevel platform: Enquiry records are processed through HighLevel and its service providers. International processing may occur. The precise storage and backup countries applicable to our account have not yet been confirmed to us.

Company email: AEserver has confirmed that our current mailbox data and backups are stored in Germany, within the European Union, and that primary spam filtering takes place on the same server.

AEserver uses MailChannels to protect outgoing email against spam and compromised accounts. This may involve processing outgoing email content through infrastructure in North America and Europe, outside Germany. Replies may contain information from your original enquiry.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies, local storage, and session storage through HighLevel/LeadConnector and Cloudflare.

These technologies support security and platform operation. They also store visitor and session identifiers, referral information, page-visit history, and a country code. The platform additionally loads a Cloudflare script for website performance measurement.

Some stored information is session-based, while other identifiers persist between visits. During our inspection, the LeadConnector cookie “msgsndr_id” had an expiry of approximately one year. Storage periods may vary by technology and platform configuration.

We do not currently display a cookie preference banner. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and clear cookies and other site data. Blocking storage may affect website features, including forms. Browser controls do not necessarily prevent all processing by service providers.

7. Retention

We currently do not operate a fixed automatic deletion schedule for enquiry records stored in GoHighLevel or company email. Records may therefore remain in these systems until manually deleted.

You may request deletion by contacting us. Applicable legal requirements or the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims may affect whether particular records can be deleted.

Copies in provider backup systems may not be removed immediately when information is deleted from active systems.

8. Security

We rely on the security and access-control features provided by our platform and email services. BSM Innovations’ access is limited to its technical role.

No online service or transmission method is completely secure. Please limit the personal information you submit to what is needed for your enquiry.

9. Your Privacy Requests

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, restrict or object to processing, or obtain a transferable copy.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Contact [email protected] to make a request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. If a legal requirement or exception prevents us from fulfilling a request, we will explain the reason.

You may also raise concerns with the competent data protection authority where applicable.

10. WhatsApp and External Services

If you choose to contact us through a WhatsApp link, your communications will also be processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. This policy covers TT CORE’s handling of information received through that communication.

External websites linked from our pages have their own privacy policies.

11. Updates

We may update this policy when our services, providers, or information-handling practices change. Revisions will appear on this page with an updated date.
